ISG will be collecting money for Zakat al-Fitr. The cost is $10 per person per family member. You can pay at the masjid or do it online here.
Ramadan Mubarak! According to global moon sighting, the first day of Ramadan will be tomorrow, May 6. That also means that there will be taraweeh prayers tonight at ISG.
**Starting tomorrow, May 6, Fajr will be at 5:00 and Isha will be at 9:45 inshaAllah.

Germantown Kids Academy at ISG (GKAI) will be holding another summer camp this summer for ages 3 and up. Please see the brochures below for more information regarding schedule and tuition.
We’re saddened to hear the news of the events that occurred over the weekend in Sri Lanka. The Islamic Society of Germantown condemns the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka. We stand in solidarity with our Christian friends and neighbors, and we pray for the safety and peace of all throughout the world.
ISG will be having this weekly class on Sundays after the Dhur prayer (1:45 – 2:30) in the basement starting March 31. This class is intended for all ages, both brothers and sisters. It will be based on the book, “The Prophet’s Prayer Described” by Sheikh Nasiruddin Al-Albani.
